Guest Interaction:

Although the host is not physically present at the property, they are always accessible via call or message to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Additionally, a trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to address any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 9 PM, and if guests require assistance after 9 PM, an additional charge will be levied. However, please note that the caretaker will not be available after 11 PM.

HOUSE RULES

• Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
• The check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am early check-in and late check-out not allowed
• Housekeeping will take place every day between 11 AM - 4 PM. Linens will be changed every 2 days.
• Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa and in the balconies.
• Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
• We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
• Kindly remove your footwear outside the villa to ensure cleanliness.
• During festivities like Holi and Diwali, the use of colours and bursting of crackers is not permitted.
• Please note that a DCRW and a refundable deposit of ₹5000 per room will be collected before check-in.

POLICIES

• The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
• The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
• Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
• All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
• All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
• Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
• Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
•  Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

•  No refund will be provided as your booking is confirmed
• In case of cancellation, the advance paid would be adjusted at a future date and applicable tariff for the said future dates.
• No loud music to be played at late nights after 10
• Swimming costumes are a must, using pool in regular clothes is strictly prohibited.
